How to create and catch a terrorist on video:

1 - Find some young men (preferably muslim) not working or going to school.

2 - Hire them to play "bad guys" or "terrorists" in a "Training Exercise" that you are planning.

3 - Tell them that for their roles, they must record confession tapes or something threatening the West, just anything that would give legitimacy as "jihadists".

4 - On the day of the Exercise, film all their movements from the time they leave their houses headed to the location you told them, using the itinerary you gave them.

5 - Make the exercise go live!!! complete with real explosions, a few real dead people, some destruction and a LOT of fear.

6 - Arrest all the young men and plaster their faces on all mainstream televisions as the "Al Qaeda" muslim terrorists who carried the horrendous attack.

7 - Do not EVER put them in front of the cameras to open their mouth, rather, claim National Security and put them in darkness where you will torture them until they sign a confession. Even then, don't take a chance by putting them on trial, simply announce on TV that they all confessed.

8 - In case the individual(s) was an intelligence asset, paid them a lotta money and send them to some plush island with lotsa drugs and girls where they live happily ever after without ever being discovered. If they start to change their mind and talk about going back to see their family, kill them!

9 - Label anyone trying to question the official story as unpatriotic conspiracy theorists and threaten them with prosecution. If need be, change the laws to make it a crime to question the official story.

10 - Repeat as often as necessary!

Check this: On July 7th in london and 11 September in New York, "training exercises" depicting the very same events were happening on the same date, at the same time, at the same location as the actual "terrorist attacks"!
